The Reifenhäuser group has six highly specialized business units that save its role as the leading producer of innovative technology for plastic extrusion industry. Reifenhäuser asked dreikant to develop concept study for a new plastic extruder that will be the basis of a whole product line. The CI and CD of the company was combined with innovative technology and a slim and modern formal esthetics. The leading design was implemented into a prototype that was displayed at the plastic fair K2013 in Düsseldorf. Furthermore a multi functional interface was developed and integrated into the concept extruder. The touch sensory interface allows a simple, quick and unerring controlling of the machine.
